Parisian Recipe Box: Rosewater French 75 Cocktail
With 2016 wrapping up, we think it’s time to toast to the new year in style. We’ve created our Paris312 signature cocktail to ring in 2017: The Rosewater French 75. In this fun New Year’s Eve cocktail, we put a Parisian twist on the traditional champagne toast by adding fresh rosewater.
The winter is always so dreary in Chicago, with grey skies and bitter winds, so this bubbly cocktail is perfect to get you back into the holiday spirit. Let the countdown begin with the Rosewater French 75!
Rosewater French 75
What You Will Need:
- 2 oz. Gin
- 2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- Splash of Rosewater
- Champagne to top
- Lemon Twist for garnish

Step 1: Combine gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and rosewater with ice in cocktail shaker.
Step 2: Shake ingredients well. Pour over ice and top with champagne.
