Balloons & Florals look their best when they are at their freshest point. Schedule pickup or delivery time on the same day as your event when possible. Unbag balloons/florals as soon as possible.

This product is not available for store pickup. 

Float time may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt to ensure better float time.

As this is a natural and organic product, small floral variances may occur. Should substitutions be made, the overall color palette, shape & design will remain the same.

Please display this product in the first 1-3 days after delivery for the freshest results. To keep your florals looking fresh longer, please change water daily and fill with fresh, cold water. Always remove any leaves or foliage that fall below the water line. Give stems a small new cut with sharp scissors every 2 days. Keep florals out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and fresh fruit.

Floral & greenery orders must be placed 8 days before delivery or pick up date, in order to ensure availability.

Delivery and pickup time can only be modified based on availability.
