Schedule your delivery at checkout by entering your delivery date and time. All deliveries are made in a 2 hour window and arrive inflated, weighted, assembled, and bagged, if applicable, by a Paris312 delivery driver.

Deliveries can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance. We recommend finalizing as soon as possible to reserve your desired time slot.

Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.

Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

As this is a natural and organic product, small floral variances may occur. Should substitutions be made, the overall color palette, shape & design will remain the same.

Floral Care

Please display this product in the first 1-3 days after delivery for the freshest results. To keep your florals looking fresh longer, please change water daily and fill with fresh, cold water. Always remove any leaves or foliage that fall below the water line. Give stems a small new cut with sharp scissors every 2 days. Keep florals out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and fresh fruit.

Lead Time

Floral & greenery orders must be placed 8 days before delivery or pick up date, in order to ensure availability.

Cancellations

Free cancellation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.
