Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.
Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

CANCELATIONS
Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.
Floral Care
1. Watering: Ensure the flowers have an adequate water supply. Keep the vase filled with clean water and change it every 2 days or as needed to prevent bacterial growth.
2. Trimming: If you receive your arrangement without a vase, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in water. This aids efficient water absorption for longer-lasting freshness.
3. Remove Leaves: Remove any leaves that will be submerged in water to prevent bacterial growth. This also keeps the water cleaner for longer.
4. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent wilting and premature aging.
5. Temperature: Place the flowers in a cool area to extend their lifespan. Avoid placing them near heating vents or drafty areas.
6. Flower Food: If provided, add flower food to the water to nourish the flowers and prolong their freshness. Follow the instructions on the packet for the correct dosage.
7. Maintenance: Regularly check the water level and condition of the flowers. Remove any wilted or dead blooms to maintain the overall appearance of the arrangement.
8. Handling: Handle the flowers gently to avoid damaging delicate petals or stems.
9. Container: If you receive your arrangement without a vase, choose an appropriate vase or container that provides good support for the flowers and allows them to stand upright.
OUTDOOR DECOR NOTICE
1. Ballons are sensitive. The Outdoor environment is not optimal. Heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, rain, high humidity and wind can cause popping or deflation
2. Paris312 cannot guarantee longevity of balloons or the integrity of your decor when placed outdoor.
3. Paris312 will not offer replacements or refunds on balloons popping/deflating. Paris312 cannot take responsibility for damages incurred from outdoor instals and decor.
