RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days with a valid receipt.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Final Sale: custom products, inflated balloons, floral arrangements, perishable goods, and marked sale items.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders become final within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date.
Custom, outdoor, and floral orders are always final sale.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email prior to the 5-day delivery window.
OUTDOOR SETUPS
Outdoor décor and installations are non-refundable and not guaranteed. Weather conditions, temperature, and outdoor environments may affect the integrity and lifespan of balloons and decor.
PICKUP ORDERS
Once an order has been picked up, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer. Paris312 is not responsible for any damage that occurs after pickup.
Orders not picked up within 1 business day may no longer be available for pickup or refund.
RESTAURANTS
Many restaurants have restrictions regarding balloons, decor, confetti, setup timing, and teardown requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all venue policies prior to delivery or pickup, including:
- Confetti restrictions
- Delivery/setup time allowances
- Early access requirements
- Teardown timing
- Hanging or surface restrictions
HOTELS
Paris312 must be added to the hotel reservation prior to delivery to allow room access.
For same-day check-ins, setup access between 3–5 PM is recommended.

- 250 points = $5 reward
