Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.

Please display this product in the first 1-3 days after delivery for the freshest results.To keep your florals looking fresh longer, please change water daily and fill with fresh, cold water. Always remove any leaves or foliage that fall below the water line. Give stems a small new cut with sharp scissors every 2 days. Keep florals out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and fresh fruit.
OUTDOOR DECOR NOTICE
1. Ballons are sensitive. The Outdoor environment is not optimal. Heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, rain, high humidity and wind can cause popping or deflation
2. Paris312 cannot guarantee longevity of balloons or the integrity of your decor when placed outdoor.
3. Paris312 will not offer replacements or refunds on balloons popping/deflating. Paris312 cannot take responsibility for damages incurred from outdoor instals and decor.
