Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.

Longevity may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt.

Please display this product in the first 1-3 days after delivery for the freshest results.To keep your florals looking fresh longer, please change water daily and fill with fresh, cold water. Always remove any leaves or foliage that fall below the water line. Give stems a small new cut with sharp scissors every 2 days. Keep florals out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and fresh fruit.
