Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.

- Choose surfaces with good grip, like painted walls, wood, cinder block, concrete, tile, metal, glass, and laminates, to ensure secure mounting of decor pieces.

- Avoid dusty, humid, very hot, or very cold surfaces, as well as textured walls, wallpaper, brick, rough or non-stick surfaces, and fabric.

- Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol before applying the adhesive.

- Place in an environment with stable temperatures.

- Keep away from extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, and avoid placing near windows, flames, heat sources, or air vents.

- Protect from sharp objects and abrasive surfaces such as textured walls, brick walls or "popcorn" walls.
