Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.

Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

Longevity

Longevity may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt.

Cancellations

Free Cancellation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.
