Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.

- Place in an environment with stable temperatures.

- Keep away from extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, and avoid placing near windows, flames, heat sources, or air vents.

- Not suitable for really high ceilings.

- This item is not designed for outdoor use. If placed outdoors, we cannot offer replacements, refunds, or credits.

- Avoid  popcorn ceilings, raw wood, and brick surfaces. Paris312 is not liable for balloons that may pop when used on incompatible surfaces.

- For optimal results, ceiling balloons should be delivered and used on the event day. Paris312 will not be responsible for deflated balloons or popping if ceiling balloons are used the day after delivery.
