Schedule your delivery at checkout by entering your delivery date and time. All deliveries are made in a 2 hour window and arrive inflated, weighted, assembled, and bagged, if applicable, by a Paris312 delivery driver.

Deliveries can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance. We recommend finalizing as soon as possible to reserve your desired time slot.
Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.
Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

CANCELATIONS
Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.
