Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.

Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.

Longevity may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt.

Ceiling balloons are sensitive to their environment and are recommended for flat, dry-wall surface ceiling.

Ceiling balloons are not suitable on popcorn ceilings, raw wood and brick surfaces. Paris312 is not responsible for balloons that may pop on ceilings. Paris312 recommends ceiling balloons to be delivered on the day of the event, and is not responsible for deflated balloons or popping for ceiling balloons used the following day.
